Abstract
The subject of this presentation - the power of publishing partnerships and networks comes from direct experience managing UNSW Press Ltd, a company owned by UNSW Australia where I have worked for the past five years.
UNSW Press has three divisions:
* Retail bookselling, via the UNSW Bookshop on the Kensington campus. It sells textbooks, general books and provides course materials;
* NewSouth Books, a sales, marketing, representation and distribution business * NewSouth Publishing
